The role will involve working closely with international offices to advise clients on cross-border information and consultation, benefit redesign exercises, and global mobility. The team also regularly advises clients on executive-level employment law issues such as senior-level recruitment and termination, executive compensation arrangements, bonus claims, team moves, and enforcement of restrictive covenants.
The ideal candidate will be a Junior Solicitor or Trainee due to qualify in January with experience in an employment team at a reputable firm.
