Customer Support Executive - Graduate
Our client, a highly successful Irish technology and event management/marketing organisation, is looking to expand their Limerick city centre based operation due to a significant increase in business levels. They have engaged with us in Cpl to hire a Customer Support Executive at a recent graduate level to join their energetic and enthusiastic team.

The Job:
As a key part of the customer & client support team, you will primarily be responsible for:
1. Analysing commercial customer/client engagements across all markets & locations.
2. Updating client & CRM databases.
3. Analysing market & sales trends.
4. Planning product launches/events.
5. Researching potential customers.
6. Resolving product queries from existing customers.
7. Assisting senior colleagues and management teams with their projects & needs.
Your Skills & Experience that we need:
* 3rd level degree qualified ideally in business studies, marketing, or a related discipline.
* Ideally 1 year relevant experience or a co-op/work placement period, but recent graduates will also be considered.
* Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
* Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to engage with clients at all levels.
The Offer:
The role is a permanent position with a base salary depending on experience/qualifications expected to be approx. 28-32k. This role is fully office-based in Limerick City centre, so candidates must be based in the region or willing to commute/relocate here.
Candidates without the relevant visa/work permit or eligibility to work permanently in Ireland will not be considered.
