Community Operations Analyst
We are hiring for the Norwegian speaking market to fill a key role in our Community Operations team.
This position involves investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing clients' Terms of Use, and staying knowledgeable about client products and community standards. You will use market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions and gather data to improve the user experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve reported issues via ticketing system
* Enforce clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse
* Stay knowledgeable about client products and community standards
* Use market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions
* Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to improve user experience
* Recognize trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy to the global team
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions

Language Skills:

Compensation:
* €29,700 per year as base salary
* For Evening shift: 25% salary uplift for late hours from 10pm to 2am (up to €30,200 per year)
* For Evening shift: €12 per day (before tax) as travel allowance

Working Hours:
Candidates choose between Day shift (9am – 5:30pm) or Evening shift (6pm – 2am). There are no rotations. Monday to Friday, occasionally weekends and bank holidays.
Location:
Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South. This is an office job. Work from home/remote work is not an option. Employees are classified as essential workers.
