To coordinate the implementation and roll out of the Community Families Programme national wide Reporting to:

ELI Director and Assistant Directors ELI National Home Visiting & Family Centre Leads and team ELI Research Team National Community Families Oversight and Support Group Organizations implementing or intending to implement Community Families Programmes across Ireland, in particular Managers, Coordinators and Home Visitors delivering the Programme National stakeholders, in particular National Home Visitor Manager and Data Quality Officer, Tusla, HSE, Enclude, Home Visiting Alliance members, ELI staff team National College of
Ireland Key Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the governance, operational and administrative functions of Community Families National Programmes in collaboration with the National Oversight and Support Group (NOSG), ELI National Home Visiting Manager and relevant NCI's Departments, including Contracts and MOUs with participating organisations and funders IT requirements, including phones, CRM, laptops, website, SharePoint etc.
Finance, including budgets, payments and for managing and accounting for income and expenditure within the NCI/Early Learning Initiative framework and the requirements of the EU, Tusla, HSE and other funders Facilities - office space, health and safety etc.
Marketing re:
communications, social media, website etc.
Governance - reporting and accountability to NOSG, NCI's Governing Body, Academic Council, ELI Advisory Committees and Subcommittees Support the implementation and roll out of Community Families nationwide, including Work closely with the National Community Families Oversight and Support Group, Tusla National Home Visiting Manager and Data Officer, organisations implementing or intending to implement Community Families Support and mentor Community Families managers and coordinators nationally Monitor Community Families delivery, quality assurance and fidelity to the Programme across all sites Delivery of Community Families Training and CPD across the country Recruitment, onboarding and support of new Community Families sites Prepare presentations, records and reports for funders, partner organisations, and other agencies as required Build the capacity of Community Families programme teams to support programme research, creativity, innovation and enterprise.
Oversee the implementation of the Community Families National CRM system in collaboration with the National Data Officer, Enclude, National Oversight and Support Group, and local Community Families sites Assist in the dissemination of learnings from the Community Families programmes and research projects through papers, conferences, presentations, and other relevant stakeholder platforms.
Liaise with key stakeholders, including Tusla, HSE, ABC Programme, National Healthy Childhood Programme and other relevant Programmes, Home Visiting Alliance, funders, and other ELI teams and Departments within NCI Any other duties as assigned by the ELI National Home Visiting Manager/Director/
Assistant Directors Key Attributes:
A relevant 3rd level qualification Experience of family support including working with young children and families in their communities Knowledge and experience of home visiting programmes Ability to work closely with staff delivering services to marginalised families and have an understanding of the issues of marginalization and its impact on service delivery and evaluation.
Experience in entering, accessing and using data from Client Relationship Management (CRM) or similar systems.
An understanding of organisational change and strategies to support it An ability to plan and deliver training and to support others in the delivery of training Excellent knowledge of and skills in relevant IT systems in particular Ms Office (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Planner) A flexible approach to work.
Ability to operate as a team player in a cross disciplinary, integrated team, sharing roles and responsibilities Ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of College personnel, national and community stakeholders and other outside individuals/organizations.
Good time management skills with the ability to produce results to deadlines.
An energetic, confident and pro-active individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders Excellent leadership, administrative and organisational skills Contract: Full time and Fixed term 1 year contract (subject to funding)
Salary:
Specialist/ Senior Administrator band Min €37,271 Max € €54,915
Annual Leave: 24 Days per annum pro rata Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
