About the Enterprise Inside Sales Representative - French: MarketStar is looking for an Enterprise Inside Sale Representative to join an industry leader in advanced AI systems and models, focused on the enterprise space based in Dublin!
As an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships with enterprise clients.
You will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our clients.
This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with excellent sales skills, a keen understanding of technology, and the ability to manage time and relationships effectively.
Location: On-Site, Dublin 18 What Will You Do?
Engage prospects proactively through outbound outreach and structured follow-up Qualify leads through consultative conversations focused on needs, challenges, and goals Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, ensuring a seamless customer journey Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and performance metrics Collaborate closely with internal teams to support strong customer outcomes Maintain up-to-date records of activity, pipeline stages, and forecasts in Salesforce Stay informed on product updates and competitive positioning to speak confidently in-mark What Will You Need to Succeed?
Proven track record in outbound B2B, tech, or SaaS Sales; mid-market or enterprise experience highly preferred.
Fluent in French.
Strong results orientation with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proven ability to build and nurture trusted relationships with key decision-makers across enterprise accounts, including C-suite executives, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to communicate value propositions and business insights in a clear, confident, and consultative manner tailored to executive audiences.
Strong understanding of sales technology and familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems.
Ability to receive and implement feedback to continuously improve performance, enhance skills, and contribute to team success.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
High level of motivation and a proactive approach to work.
