One of Ireland's largest airlines is currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join the Ground Operations Department.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy team, working in a fast-paced environment that requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Duties:
* Support system integrations between HR and global payroll systems, including resolving discrepancies.
* Update payroll in relation to salary changes for employee movements within the company.
* Verify input information relating to new starters, including tax and bank details.
* Prepare monthly payroll-related journals.
* Assist with current expansion projects and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
* Prepare and process spreadsheets for variable payments and deductions.
* Bulk load spreadsheets to the payroll.
* Assist with internal controls and procedures, including documentation and testing.
* Prepare third-party payments.
* Participate in various payroll projects and other assigned opportunities.
