Purpose of the Role:
We are looking to appoint a Product Management Lead to be based in our head office in St. Margarets, Co. Dublin. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and dedicated to achieving outstanding results. They will have excellent commercial understanding with a keen eye for detail and the ability to spot commercial opportunities. This successful candidate will work closely with both the Marketing Manager and the Sales & Marketing Director.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
* Support strategic business targets via NPD and packaging change pipeline, showcasing customer rationale, trial success, and incremental value to the category if launched.
* Drive value creation for the Brand to meet cost reduction targets (without detriment to the customer offering).
* Manage the product change/NPD end-to-end (Gate process) from the scoping stage to 6- and 12-week post-launch reviews, maintaining and managing the process via weekly and monthly review/check-in meetings.
* Lead Keeling's Branded 10-year product pipeline. Scope out new categories by year-providing product examples, identifying current hurdles alongside critical paths and solutions to overcome them, estimating capex spend, and forecasting opportunity value (complete business cases).
