Business Support Administrator - MCR Group Due to continued growth, The MCR Group is looking to expand the Bid team.
This is an exciting role and will involve being part of a busy and successful team, immersed in many projects and activities across the Group: • Supporting the sales team to ensure they have all necessary sales support tools required • Liaising with sales team regarding upcoming contract opportunities • Management of the bid library • Overseeing the collation of content for tender responses • Completing prequalification documentation • Completing health and safety documentation • Tender assistance and support • Managing various sales databases • Managing tender trackers and CRM Skills Required: • Excellent written and verbal English • Capable of multitasking • An accurate proof reader with great attention to detail • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines - time management skills • People management skills (i.e.
scheduling meetings, information collection, etc.)
• Ability to coordinate and facilitate between multiple departments • Ability to work under own initiative as well as being a team player • Ability to effectively communicate within Bid team and to wider management team The ideal candidate will have experience in working in an office environment.
A third level degree is advantageous but not essential.
