IT Services Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Services Manager to join our ICT support team. The successful candidate will assist the Head of ICT and Network Systems in establishing a coherent ICT strategy for the organisation.
The role involves:
* Assisting the Head of ICT and Network Systems on policy formulation relating to ICT services;
* Developing and leading a high-performance team to ensure the efficient and effective realisation of the organisation's vision, policies and targets;
* Managing and developing all aspects of the organisation's ICT;
* Ensuring Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery documentation is maintained and reviewed regularly;
* Leading technical teams on User Account Management, Provision of User Services and Helpdesk Management;
* Maintaining security of the organisation's vital systems.
Key Requirements
* A Level 5 qualification (or higher) in a relevant subject area;
* HND in Computing or Information Technology;
* Minimum of 3 years experience in managing an IT Service Management Team;
* Minimum of three years' experience in an enterprise network environment with a minimum of 100 Endpoints (Desktop and Mobile) over multiple sites;
* User Management including Office 365 licensing and security;
* Helpdesk and Asset Management;
* File and Data Management including O365 Share Point, One Drive & TEAMs;
* Software License Management.
