Job Summary
The Leinster Appointments Administration role is a full-time position based in Kildare, Ireland. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
Main Duties
* Maintain inventory records and perform reconciliations
* Act as a point of contact for various departments within the company
* Produce weekly reports and analysis
* Improve business processes and ensure data integrity
* Support the Financial Controller by generating ad-hoc reports
Requirements
* At least two years of experience in a similar administration role
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-motivation and attention to detail
* Strong Excel skills (advantageous)
The company uses Netsuite across its group, although experience with this system is not mandatory.
