Recruiter – Westmeath
Cpl is expanding and looking for a talented and experienced Agency Recruiter to build a perm/temp Commercial desk from the ground up in the Midlands or relocate there. This permanent, 360 role focuses on business development, networking, and events relating to Accountancy, Sales, Marketing, Office Support, Customer Services, HR, and more in the region.
You will work in a cutting-edge sector with immense growth potential, having autonomy and creative input in building out the desk's direction and strategy. A dedicated team will provide comprehensive support to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build a personal book of business with clients in the Midlands of Ireland.
* Predominantly focus on a commercial desk.
* Meet or exceed target fees & KPIs through development of long-term client relationships.
* Source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
* Develop, maintain, and manage client accounts.
* Identify new business opportunities within the region by researching market trends and attending industry events.
* Take ownership of personal and professional development.
* Lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are demonstrated.
* Develop an in-depth knowledge of the industry sector and/or functional area.
* Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums to drive networking, candidate identification, and develop client relations.
* Manage recruitment administration tasks, including contract negotiation, offer letters, and onboarding processes aligned to the client.
Requirements:
* Previous Agency Recruitment experience is essential.
* A strong track record of business development and meeting/exceeding targets.
* An effective communicator and influencer with great energy and excellent presentation skills.
* Good IT skills.
* The ability to multitask and be delivery-focused.
* Motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient, and having a positive attitude.
* Customer-centric.
* Proficient in working off their own initiative.
* Open to qualifications, industry experience is more important.
* Knowledge of recruitment software and CRM systems.
