Job Description;
Flexsource are currently recruiting an exciting new role for our Client, our Client, innovative specialty manufacturing company focused on the development of products for a variety of indications based in Balbriggan.
My Client requires a Supply Chain Administrator to join their team to looking after day-to-day operation.
Key Responsibilities;
1. Support day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations
2. Use SAP to manage inventory, stock movements, and order processing
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and stock accuracy
4. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit compliance
6. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues
7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
Key Requirements;
8. 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or similar administrative role
9. Strong working knowledge of SAP (Essential)
10. Excellent communication and organisational skills
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Hours;
14. Monday to Friday
15. Semi-flexi working hours (between 7am–5.30pm)
Pay and Benefits;
16. Competitive salary from €34K depending on experience
17. 25 days annual leave
