Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious Building Services Engineer to join our growing team in Dublin. This role will focus on projects in the Pharmaceutical and Mission Critical sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design, Manage and Coordinate production of all Building Services systems, including HVAC, Utilities, Plumbing and Fire Protection for large scale projects.
* Lead the design from concept to handover
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and further develop PM Group's design capability
* Attend design team meetings and Conduct onsite inspections
* Develop and guide team working under your supervision
* Liaise and interact with the wider project team including designers, client and contractor
Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience in the design of Building Services systems, preferably in a consultancy environment in the pharmaceutical or allied sectors
* Competent in design software such as Fluid Flow or Pipe-Flo
* Honours degree (NFQ Level 8 for Ireland) preferably in Building Services or Mechanical engineering
* Experience of working in a collaborative BIM environment
* Chartered Engineer preferred
