Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth and strategic partnerships across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region. This individual will lead sales initiatives, cultivate key customer relationships, and deliver tailored ASRS solutions that align with client needs and Moffett Automation’s vision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the EMEA region.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key verticals including logistics, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, and manufacturing.
3. Engage with prospective clients to understand operational challenges and present customized ASRS solutions.
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, channel partners, and system integrators.
5. Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation and handover to project delivery teams.
6. Collaborate with engineering, product development, and marketing teams to align customer requirements with solution capabilities.
7. Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build Moffett Automation’s brand presence in the region.
8. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic direction and product enhancements.
9. Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM management.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
2. Minimum of 7+ years of B2B sales experience in the ASRS, intralogistics, or industrial automation industry.
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in complex solution selling environments.
4. Deep understanding of ASRS systems, material handling technologies, and warehouse automation trends.
5. Strong business acumen and ability to craft ROI-driven proposals.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Self-starter with the ability to work independently across a wide geographical region.
8. Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as needed (up to 50%).
9. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong asset.
