Job Title: Sales Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales department at Mervyn Stewart.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care and professional franchise representation, working closely with the management team to achieve business objectives.
The role requires leadership skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to implement an agreed business plan.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, forward-thinking, with great attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills, team building qualities, and an infectious determination to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
* To lead the sales department in achieving KPIs and driving revenue growth
* To develop and agree sales plans and budgets for new and used cars, accessories, and value-added products
* To build and maintain relationships between sales and after-sales teams to maximize customer experience and repeat business opportunities
* To ensure adherence to brand standard audit requirements
* To manage a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and retention
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience managing a franchised car dealership
* Ability to generate leads and effectively market the product offering
* Commercial awareness in the retail motor industry
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and retention
* Excellent communication and IT skills
Desired Criteria:
* Proven track record of delivering finance and insurance income within the sector
* Experience managing a used car operation
* Mentoring and coaching skills
* Regulatory compliance
* Sales performance management
