About This Role
This opportunity is for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to spearhead CSL's ambitious growth strategy for the patented rSIM proposition as 'Head of Business Development, rSIM'. The role involves working with large customers/partners and presenting our solution to key stakeholders to secure partnerships and supply rSIM.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing strategic relationships with key clients to achieve significant organic growth and long-term company objectives.
* Conducting market research to identify ideal customer profiles.
* Utilising strategies to generate leads through industry events, networking, and social selling.
* Qualifying potential leads and assessing their needs and fit with the company's offerings.
* Maintaining a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
* Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
* Identifying and pursuing additional business opportunities that CSL can serve.
* Delivering high-quality responses, pricing, and proposals.
* Developing win-win solutions via effective contract negotiation.
* Attending industry exhibitions, forums, seminars, trade shows, awards, and events.
* Occasional EU and UK travel to meet clients or attend industry events.
* Assisting in onboarding and handover to Account Management teams.
* Working with marketing to fill the top of the funnel with relevant leads.
* Attending commercial and operational stakeholder meetings/reviews and ensuring full governance.
