Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper Location:
Letterkenny A well-established and growing construction company in Letterkenny is looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper to join the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced business.
Key Responsibilities:
* General office administration, including handling telephone calls and messages
* Posting purchase invoices and maintaining creditor payments
* Bank reconciliations
* Processing monthly returns
* Managing subcontractor payments and RCT returns
* Processing employee payroll using
Sage Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in Sage payment software
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent time management and efficiency skills
* Fully confident in using Microsoft Office
