Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Office Administrator to join our client, a fast-growing and innovative company.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and reconcile inventory and supply chain movements.
* Data entry from Excel into software system ensuring accuracy of data.
* Serve as a key point of contact for multiple departments.
* Prepare and analyze weekly reports.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and maintain data integrity.
* Provide support to the Financial Controller, including producing ad-hoc reports.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Netsuite is an advantage but not essential.
