About the Role:
My client based in Kildare is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting and busy role. You'll be the go-to person for client inquiries, laboratory coordination, and essential administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle all incoming client inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and prompt responses. Maintain and update client records.
2. Coordinate effectively with team members to address client requests and ensure timely service. Manage logistics for client sample collections.
3. Prepare and distribute client reports and other necessary communications.
4. Provide essential admin support and assist with data entry, and provide support to the commercial and marketing teams, particularly with digital platforms.
Essential Skills & Qualities:
1. 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a medical or laboratory environment. Third-level education is beneficial.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
3. Familiarity with CRM software and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
5. Understanding of medical terminology and laboratory procedures.
6. Commitment to confidentiality, adaptability, and a strong collaborative spirit.
