The Role
1. Full-time, Permanent position for a Registered Veterinary Nurse
2. 40 hours per week
3. Weekend rota is currently 1 in 3 Saturdays
4. No OOH
5. Salary is €30,000-€36,000 commensurate with experience level
6. Clinical role including Nurse consults, surgical and medical nursing

10. All applicants must be registered with the VCI to practice Veterinary Nursing

About Us
Ark Vetcare is a large group across 3 branches in South County Dublin. Our Dun Laoghaire practice is one of the longest established companion animal practices in the country, set right in the heart of Dun Laoghaire for more than 50 years. While the building may be Victorian the standard of veterinary offered is very high for our well-educated and diverse clientele.
Our experienced team can offer a supportive environment. Many of the team have been practicing for over a decade. We have a good client base with a strong focus on patient welfare and high clinical standards. The practice fosters a very supportive and caring environment where real emphasis is placed on ensuring a great work/life balance for all staff.
Overall, our Ark Vetcare team is made up of 18 Veterinary Surgeons in total; 6 of which are based in Dun Laoghaire along with their own team of 4 RVN’s, ACA and 5 customer care team members. One of our Veterinary Surgeons in Dun Laoghaire has a certificate in SA Medicine.
