Job Details: Intern - Customer Operations
Please note, this role can be based in either the Dublin or Navan offices.
The Customer Operations Intern is responsible for ensuring the timely and effective day-to-day processing of tasks as assigned. These tasks will include:
* General administration tasks to support the core processing teams within Customer Operations
* Generation and dispatch of client communications
* Review of customer files for AML purposes
* Support the Customer Operations teams in key deliverables
* Maintain and develop relationships with all key stakeholders
* Other duties of a comparative nature
Required Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
* Focused individual with strong time management and organisation skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Service-focused individual
* Ability to work in a team, to work on own initiative, to plan and organise workloads effectively to meet deadlines
