Job Summary:
This is a role that involves managing and expanding key international accounts, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring growth targets are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow business with existing international distributors.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both new and existing markets.
* Select and professionally manage distributors, ensuring alignment with strict quality and partnership criteria.
* Develop and manage meaningful and long-term relationships with international distributors.
* Negotiate and manage distributor agreements, including onboarding, renewal, and termination decisions.
* Lead export-related NPD projects alongside marketing, insights, and innovation teams.
* Manage sales forecasting and demand planning for export markets.
Requirements:
* Full, clean driving licence.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
* European language skills a plus (German preferred but not essential).
* Experienced Export Manager or International Account Manager, with at least 2 years experience in export sales.
* Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
