We are now looking for an Accommodation Linen Porter with experience in the Hotel Industry to join the Accommodation team!
The Person: The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar role in a hotel of a similar standard and quality.
* Flexibility and the ability to work outside the comfort zone while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Courteous demeanor and focus on providing a consistently high standard of service.
* Team player with the ability to multitask.
* Standards-driven and detail-oriented.
* Maintain a professional image at all times.
The Role: You will be required to:
* Greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner.
* Work as part of the Accommodation team & assist where required.
* Organise and collect all laundry and store correctly.
* Help with linen orders & deliveries on weekends.
* Ensure guest corridors and public areas are cleaned and serviced to the required standard.
* Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the accommodation department.
* Assist with guest requests when necessary.
* Develop strong working relationships with colleagues in your department and related departments.
