My client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking a Site Administrator to join their team in Galway for a 2-year fixed-term contract, working on a housing project.
Key Responsibilities: BCAR: Work with subcontractors to ensure timely submission of certificates for BCAR.
Organize and maintain construction documents, train the team, and manage document uploads.
Provide administrative support to the site team, including meeting minutes and follow-ups.
Assist with subcontractor inductions and handovers.
Order office supplies and maintain dashboards for progress tracking.
Requirements: 2-3 years administrative experience.
Basic understanding of the construction industry (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong IT skills and ability to multitask.
Good at building relationships and managing deadlines.
