Our engineering client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, to be based in Meath. The successful candidate will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of any vacancies across various business units. The role will be based fully onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
1. Develop and improve talent acquisition policies and strategies.
2. Monitor hiring needs to anticipate future recruitment.
3. Candidate sourcing or screening.
4. Maintain positive relationships with hiring managers and key business stakeholders.
5. Research talent acquisition trends for process improvement.
6. Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.
7. Ensure HR compliance with recruitment legislation.
8. Generate TA reports.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. 3+ years of recruitment experience.
2. CIPD qualification or working towards it is a plus.
3. Ability to manage confidential data.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills for all organizational levels.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
7. Excellent attention to detail.
