About the Role
As a skilled mechanical service engineer/technician, you will have the opportunity to expand your expertise in industrial and marine mobile drivetrain systems. You will work with industry-leading brands, carrying out repair, overhaul, maintenance, and servicing of marine and off-highway transmissions, torque converters, axles, and drivetrain components.
Main Responsibilities
* Diagnose, repair, and service mechanical drivetrain systems
* Work on marine and industrial transmission, torque converters, and axles
* Provide on-site technical support and servicing to customers
* Troubleshoot and solve complex mechanical and electrical issues
* Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
* Possession of a recognised qualification or industry experience in mechanical engineering
* Experience in mechanical component repair and servicing
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
* Valid UK driving licence
