Microsoft's Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) organization is the engine that powers our cloud services. Our data center construction team is dedicated to delivering the highest quality data centers for our cloud services.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our diverse and inclusive team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the high standard and reliability of our product.
The key responsibilities include working cross-functionally with other Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Execution Oversight Team members to provide oversight on the consistent implementation of the project SLA and functional governance.
The team will be responsible for performing project health analysis against the approved SLAs/scope/execution plan/cost/schedule, assisting with project setup, evaluating site resource effectiveness, conducting spot audits, and assisting with onboarding and training of the site-based team.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Education/Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Technology, Computer Science or related field.
* Technical engineering experience.
* Significant experience in Data Center facility construction and/or commissioning.
* Construction experience.
* Significant experience with electrical and mechanical test equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Commissioning Certification.
* OSHA 30 or equivalent qualification.
* NFPA-70E.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Other Requirements:
* Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
