You will build and manage client relationships within the tech market, developing new business opportunities as a full 360 recruiter.
The team on Technology is composed of experienced recruiters who work hard and help each other out. We have a great team that pushes each other to excel.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and qualify candidates to meet job requirements.
* Develop and manage client accounts.
* Contribute to business development.
* Exemplify Cpl's best practices and core values.
* Gain a deep understanding of the IT sector.
* Engage positively in social media for networking and client relations.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar 360 role within a recruitment agency, preferably focusing on the Irish market.
* Effective communication and influencing skills with strong energy and presentation abilities.
* Good IT skills.
* Ability to multitask, work delivery-focused, motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient, and positive.
* Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Able to work independently and proactively.
Location
Candidates must be based in Ireland and live within a commutable distance to Dublin city centre.
