Experienced Front of House Officer with Building Administrator Skills: REQUIRED
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Worked Hours: 41.5 hours per week
Required for the role:
* Previous experience as PPM
* Experience in Building Management duties i.e., dealing with contractors, building checks, health and safety, etc.
* Strong IT Skills
* 2 years' experience in Security (1 of these years MUST be in Ireland)
* Valid GNIB/IRP card if non-EEA National.
* Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively
Responsibilities:
* To provide a professional service and ensure total client satisfaction
* Dealing with emergencies and liaising with Gardai if necessary
* Report all incidents, accidents, and emergencies
* Regular Health & Safety Checks of all areas
* To provide an open and consistent communication interface between the Client and Management
* To be fully aware of all emergency and evacuation procedures
* Other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time to time
* Fully adhere to onsite procedures and policies
