Our Cork based client are looking for an IT Support Engineerto join their team on a permanent basis Excellent opportunity with a market leading company Good salary on offer with a benefits package and potential for career growth and development Job Responsibilities Providing advanced technical support to end-users across the group Resolving complex technical issues on a daily basis Escalating technical issues to other teams when necessary and required for advanced support Documenting and maintaining the knowledge base and learnings across the team Contributing to the improvement of support processes and procedures within the team and larger group function Assisting junior support staff in issue resolution and for support and guidance in their knowledge and careers Handling occasional phone calls and emails as needed Experience Required 1-2 years' Experience in a technical support role, from an enterprise environment Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and proactive problem-solving Experience with Office 365 administration, especially in SharePoint have strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic Strong skill set in troubleshooting and user assistance and guidance Have a background in providing advanced technical support, handling complex issues, and working closely with end-users to resolve problems efficiently.
