The Job Overview:
Reporting to the Executive Director of Treasury & Risk Management, this role oversees daily operations of the Treasury and Insurance functions, advising Finance leadership on consolidated cash positions and ensuring efficient cash collection and disbursement.
Main Responsibilities:
* Contribute to strategic goal-setting for the Finance team in the Treasury and Risk Management area.
* Treasury – Direct daily cash management, including global cash balance reporting, cash forecasting, bank account management, and support for cash receipts and payments (ACH and Wire Transfers).
* Investments – Monitor transaction recording, portfolio performance reporting, and collaborate with staff and investment advisors to maintain the portfolio.
* Debt – Oversee ongoing debt portfolio servicing, ensuring compliance with covenants and associated reporting.
* Insurance – Coordinate daily operational needs and annual insurance renewal process.
* Assist management in assessing, maintaining, and testing financial controls.
* Real Estate – Lead specific office lease-related projects.
* Responsible for leading Accounts Receivable on Merchant Services activity and Accounts Payable on Commercial Card activity.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
* Certified Treasury Professional, Certified Public Accountant, or similar advanced financial certification desirable.
* At least 7 years of accounting/finance experience.
* Significant knowledge of cash management and risk management principles.
* Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills.
* Problem-solving skills with ability to act independently to meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with finance staff, company peers, senior management, and outside suppliers/partners.
* Attention to detail, accuracy, and proactive approach.
