We’re excited to share that our client, a top company in their industry, is on the lookout for a friendly and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join their team! This position is perfect for anyone seeking evening shift work. You’ll be working from 2 PM to 10 PM, Monday through Friday. If this sounds like a great fit for you, we’d love to hear from you!
Duties:
1. General reception duties and call answering
2. Managing 24-hour schedule
3. Handle general administrative tasks as needed
4. Providing administrative assistance to management
5. Responding to client queries in a timely manner
6. Assist in maintaining organised financial records and filing systems
7. Assist in maintaining inventory records and reporting on same
8. Process all customer stock receipt documentation and enter details on warehouse stock management system
9. Allocate stock, prepare order picklists and dispatch documentation as per customer order requirements
10. Prepare and issue customer stock reports
11. Liaise in a professional and efficient manner with customers to resolve queries
12. Liaise with logistics companies and delivery drivers to schedule receipt/dispatch bookings
13. Contribute to the administration of the quality management system and associated quality records
