We have an excellent opportunity for a HR Business Partner with experience in Organisation Design (OD) and Change Management to join our team on a 2 year contract.
Reporting to a Head of HR, the HR Business Partner will partner with Commercial teams and be responsible for a full suite of HR activities including organisation design, performance and talent management, employee relations, communication, employee engagement and the development of strategic people plans.
The HR Business Partner will also be the people lead on strategic transformation programmes including organisational design and effectiveness across processes, structures, culture, decision making, and systems.
Main Responsibilities: Work closely with the Head of HR and functional leadership teams on the strategic HR agenda including development of people plans, resourcing, engagement, development, talent management, and employee relations.Partner with the leadership teams including working with, coaching and supporting Managers on all people and HR related matters such as performance management, retention, culture development, engagement, development and employee relations.Provide subject matter expertise on OD principles and best practice.Support transformational change through OD interventions to ensure functions have the optimal operating model to achieve strategic objectives.People Lead/support on strategic projects and transformation programmes including the people components of the target operating model – responsible for integrating capabilities, reward, culture and behaviours, and structure changes to the business operating model.Collaborate with the Communications team on the change management and communications approach for change initiatives and transformation programmes - ensuring the full impact of change is recognised and implementation is effectively planned and managed.Partner with the Resourcing Team to ensure effective workforce forecasting and recruitment are in place and the team is effectively resourced.Work with the Talent and L&D COE on talent management and development processes including identifying, creating and embedding impactful learning initiatives.Work with the ER/IR (Employee Relations/Industrial Relations) Team to provide advice and guidance on the application of HR policies, best practice, employment law and employee relations.Work with the business teams to facilitate, measure and continually improve team effectiveness and motivation, people management practices and processes and advise on actions/initiatives to enhance these.Act as employee communications and HR lead/support on various projects.The successful candidate will be/have: 7+ years' progressive experience in a HR Manager/Business Partner role in a fast-paced environment.Proven track record of successfully leading multiple and large-scale change projects in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities and delivering high quality results.Proven track record of successfully leading organisational design and operating model design interventions.Proven experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.Track record of coaching, advising and supporting managers on a range of HR matters including with employee relations, performance, change management, talent management, engagement.Working knowledge of employment legislation with the ability to confidently and competently advise on same.Excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills with the ability to interact and influence effectively at all levels across the business and to get things done.Proven project management skills with experience managing change programmes.Ability to present ideas and concepts coherently and effectively.Energetic - a sense of urgency, proactive with a strong work ethic.Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and deliver high quality results.A team player with proven resilience and ability to adapt to change.Full driving license.A third level qualification in Business, HR or relevant experience.CIPD membership.At Musgrave, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented individuals in the industry, all while contributing to a business with a rich heritage and a bright future.
