Hotel Talent is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to join an expanding 4* hotel property.
This leadership role requires an individual with a strong background in hotels, particularly with wine and classics, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring service standards are maintained, managing a talented team, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving business results.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Crafting signature cocktails to deliver to guests Day to day running of the bar Training to ensure compliance to standards at all levels within the team; Stock control management including compliance to procurement procedures; Building relationships with suppliers, representatives, guests and bar team to maximise sales potential and achieve agreed organisation and departmental goals and objectives; Rostering, costing, forecasting and reviews; Manage the budget and cost effectiveness of the department with quarterly goals.
To prepare effective rosters to ensure appropriate staff levels for the level of business and implement and maintain effective labour cost management practices.
To carry out daily & weekly skills training for all staff to ensure a consistent level of skills performance is maintained.
To ensure the Bar is cleaned daily and is maintained in a hygienic condition.
Always maintain a professional presence in the Bar.
