Job Summary
The Supervisor Training Compliance is responsible for the creation, coordination, and implementation of learningsolutions across our client site, including administration of curricula.
Key Responsibilities
* Partners with business to ensure curricula adequately reflect job responsibilities and compliance-based activities.
* Monitors process, progress, results, and designs feedback loops into their work against measured goals.
* Provides support to ensure personnel are qualified and capable, which includes personnel fulfilling compliance requirements and continually increasing their contribution to the business.
Portfolio Management
Identify, analyze, and determine solutions regarding learning gaps.
Define requirements for personnel qualification in assigned business area/function; ensure implementation and ongoing maintenance.
Client Management
Actively participate in area/function project and process teams.
Analyze/understand the assigned business area/function, including business goals, job titles and descriptions, key duties, and responsibilities.
Curriculum Architecture and Assignment
Identify target audience for specific learning intervention.
Create and maintain duty-aligned curricula with business partners and support curricula owners in the business.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience managing people or teams in L&D.
* Experience in technical writing.
* Demonstrated program/project management skills.
* Experience with learning & development and SOP business processes.
* Demonstrated ability to establish strong business relationships.
* Demonstrated ability in communication, conflict resolution, judgment, and managing complex issues.
* Ability and willingness to challenge business partners regarding ways to use learning interventions to most effectively meet business requirements.
Preferences
* Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
* Experience working in a Pharma/healthcare/life sciences/compliance sector.
* Experience in business area/function as well as knowledge of companion tools used to execute broader business processes (such as CAPA tools/Track Wise, document repositories/Veeva Quality Docs).
* Experience in supplier oversight.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of experience in a Learning & Development role.
Additional Information
Travel may be required.
8 hour days, Monday - Friday.
Work outside of standard hours may be required.
Applicant will work in various areas within a manufacturing site.
