Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Manager to lead our site in Sligo, Ireland.
About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction of the EHS group and managing site safety and environmental activities. This includes:
* Establishing and implementing an effective environmental, health, and safety program
* Providing guidance and support to management on EHS policies and strategy
* Maintaining knowledge of recognized EHS Management Standards
* Managing waste streams according to legislative guidelines and industry best practice
Responsibilities
In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for:
* Leading the amalgamation of corporate standards towards an integrated management system for EHS&E
* Managing EHS operations and capital budgets
* Ensuring arrangements are in place for all site capital expenditure requests
* Applying EHS&E related knowledge to the design and redesign of processes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A BSc in Occupational Safety & Health or a related discipline
* 3-5 years of experience in an EHS role with detailed knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements
* 5+ years of project management experience, including delivering projects on schedule and within budget
* Minimum of 2 years people management experience

Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.
