The successful candidate will report to the Learning & Talent Manager and support the effective delivery of all administration.
As a?Learning Administrator, you will be required to effectively manage daily administrative support to the Learning and Talent team.

You will be an independent thinker, with passion for Learning and Talent Development and eager to take personal responsibility for the delivery of objectives and overcoming challenges.
Your mission Support with the update & verification of a company-wide learning needs analysis for the business and organisation of subsequent training.
Maintain a comprehensive LTO matrix, managing all associated training needs, records and reports.
Responsible for the recording, maintenance and update of CPD records.
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the wider company training matrix and manage continuous improvement.
Support the departments general administration, application and invoicing processes.
Key Activities Provide daily support to Learning & Talent team.
Daily administration of courses, certification and recording attendance.
Administration of financial information such as invoices etc.
Organising training room venues, accommodation, transport and catering for training attendees.
Liaise and correspond with training providers and venues.
Carry out other relevant duties as required from time to time.
Who are we looking for?
1-2 years' administration experience in a fast paced environment.
Good IT skills (MS Office) with some exposure to training and/or HR systems.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with an ability to collaborate effectively.
