That’s why we offer hybrid working arrangements within Ireland, giving you the best of both worlds.What you’ll doAs our new Global Head of Marketing for White Claw Vodka, part of our Global Spirits Team, you will be responsible for leading marketing and commercialization for White Claw Vodka, across global markets. You will act as a catalyst for innovative and differentiated consumer and trade marketing activity, that is both effective and fit for purpose in the market context.This position is a 12-month contract, maternity leave cover.Additional key responsibilities include:Develop and implement comprehensive global brand strategies to accelerate growth of White Claw Vodka in existing markets.Establish and maintain strong brand foundations, leveraging market insights and creating growth drivers to enhance brand positioning and performance.Manage the innovation gate process for any new SKUs to accelerate expanding White Claw Vodka to new formats & flavors.Collaborate with external agencies and strategic partners to evolve the Global Brand Campaign, producing Playbooks & Toolkits for in market execution.Lead the marketing rollout of White Claw Vodka into new markets, working closely with the commercial team, capitalizing on new international expansion opportunities.Oversee the management of volume, Net Sales Value (NSV), Contribution After Advertising and Promotion (CAAP), and brand health metrics by market.Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Global Supply, White Claw Brand Team, Finance, People Operations, and key market teams (Canada, US, Australia, GTR), to align on strategies and ensure effective execution.What You’ll BringBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Commerce, or a related field.12+ years’ experience in international marketing and brand development, preferably in the beverage, CPG and/or FMCG industry.Agency management experience across Media, PR and general communications.Commercial and project management experience.Who You AreAbility to operate at both a strategic and executional level; ideate and directly execute.Drive growth and outcomes; activate complex work, enlist others effectively, anticipate and diffuse roadblocks, and move at pace.Promote ideas and curiosity; adding to your expertise, effectively articulating change, offering ideas and solutions.Actively care and develop; championing our culture and cultivating trust.Excellent communicator, compelling storyteller, and fascinated by consumer behavior.Have a positive, proactive ‘can do’ attitude and an ambitiously curious mindset to be the best in your craft.Have an ability to turn ideas into activation plans.We thank all candidates for their curiosity about MABIUC and we will get in touch with those candidates that are under consideration.
