The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the lettings manager, handling queries from tenants, preparing letting agreements, and managing rent payments.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming and outgoing queries from tenants via phone and email

* Provide administrative support to the lettings manager
">
* Assist in the preparation of letting agreements

* Log incoming and outgoing rent payments and issue receipts

* Chase any letting payments
">
* Submit RTB applications in a timely manner
">
* Schedule maintenance repairs and track any issues
">
* Manage databases
">
* Provide ad-hoc admin and sales admin support

Requirements
">
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' experience in a related position or solid administrative background. They should possess strong experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent written and spoken communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
