HSE Business Manager Grade 7
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and troubleshoot the Salesforce Dashboard system for Data Quality issues.
* Prepare weekly reports for internal and external stakeholders as needed.
* Ensure mandatory training is conducted by staff under your supervision and maintain up-to-date training records.
* Manage accounts, including maintaining stock levels, processing requisitions, orders, and invoices in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with Consultants, Clinical Director, Director of Nursing, and Heads of Service to ensure high-quality services for patients.
* Organize and attend meetings as required, participating on various committees.
* Efficiently administer your area of responsibility, meeting deadlines and maintaining service levels.
* Provide timely information to Senior Management.
* Advise senior management on best practices for optimizing resource utilization.
* Maintain accurate attention to detail and adhere consistently to procedures and current standards within your area of responsibility.
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Excellent staff management experience and ability to manage high-volume staff in a busy environment.
* Good working knowledge of Health, Safety & Risk.
* Excellent reporting skills.
* Knowledge of databases and reporting tools.
* Understanding and/or experience of HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.
* Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* The ability to identify areas for improvement and develop practical solutions.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* The ability to quickly grasp complex issues and their impact on service delivery.
This is a full-time temporary position requiring immediate availability. The candidate should have at least two years of experience in a busy managerial role.
