Qualities We Are Looking For
* At least two years of team management experience
* Project Management/Client Management/Team Management skills
* A basic understanding of financial markets and instruments
Responsibilities In Your Role
* Manage service delivery and daily operations of allocated teams
* Drive high client satisfaction through planning and execution
* Collaborate with enabling functions to meet customer and team requirements
* Manage staffing schedules and payroll reporting
* Lead/participate in interview processes for new team members
* Organize team huddles and share process updates
* Responsible for managing team performance and SLAs
* Ability to perform RCAs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Manage conflicts and create positive outcomes
