Showroom Sales Advisor
At Chadwicks Group, we're looking for a skilled Showroom Sales Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and driving branch sales and gross profit.
About the Role
You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Your role will involve selling a wide range of showroom products, maintaining high standards in showrooms, merchandising and pricing, and developing showroom sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Selling a wide range of showroom products
* Maintaining high standards in showrooms
* Merchandising and pricing, and developing showroom sales
* Sourcing and ordering stock to ensure all customer orders/expectations are fulfilled to high standards
* Creating inspiring computer-aided plans/designs for kitchens and wardrobes to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
* Understanding customer needs and generating creative ideas and solutions to fulfill their requirements
* Proactively generating customer leads and enquires
* Taking personal responsibility for resolving customer issues pre-sales and post-sale in a timely fashion
* Producing accurate quotations
* Achieving defined sales and margin targets
