Senior HR Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior HR Manager to join our leadership team at {company} in Co. Tipperary HQ.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of HR duties, including:
* Employee engagement and participation initiatives
* Designing and delivering new HR processes and procedures across the site
* Recruitment, both external hires and internal moves
* Overseeing training and L&D programs
* Comps/bens benchmarking activities
* Taking ownership of HR budgets and projects
* Driving HR change throughout the group
Requirements:
* A 3rd level degree in HR, business studies, or a related discipline
* 4-5+ years' experience in a HR Manager or senior HR level BP/Generalist role
* Experience gained in a manufacturing, engineering, or construction type environment is advantageous but not essential
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications and Excel
* Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and project management skills
