Job Title: Office Administrator
FRS Recruitment is inviting applications for an Office Administrator to support the manufacturing and sales teams of a leading supplier of fertilisers and soil conditioning products in Ireland.
The role will involve working closely with the factory manager, office administrators, and external logistics providers, as well as engaging with merchant trade.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate collections and deliveries of raw materials and finished products.
* Arrange haulage for raw material unloading from ships.
* Oversee the Dispatch/Weighbridge process and admin for shipping.
* Manage stock control effectively.
* Liaise with customers via phone, face-to-face, and email.
* Prepare weekly payroll, track annual leave, and generate sales reports.
* Provide administrative support.
Requirements:
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
* Basic transport logistic experience (an advantage).
* Good IT knowledge.
* Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
* Dedication to providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.
* Ability to work effectively with different teams and departments.
