The Job
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Senior Office Administrator to provide diverse, confidential, and general administrative support. As a key member of our team, you will exercise discretion as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the logistics coordinator and cover the reception area from time to time, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
* Ensure Time & Attendance data entries are updated on a weekly basis, ensuring annual leave/sick leave records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with policies.
* Serve as the liaison with other departments to resolve day-to-day administrative and operational issues.
* Manage travel arrangements for the team and client customers.
* Prepare and manage various documents, including letters of invitation, reports, presentations, and invoices.
* Organize internal and external events, such as training sessions, offsite meetings, team-building activities, and social events.
* Online purchasing of electronic components and manage incoming invoices, route them for relevant approvals, and respond to invoice queries.
Your Skills and Experience
* Prior experience as a Senior Administrator/Executive PA/office administration role is essential (3 years +).
* Experience in a multinational environment would be an added advantage.
* Strong written and verbal communications skills.
* Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Calendar, and SharePoint.
* A flexible approach to work and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
