This role will form part of a team providing administrative support for the EMEA Sales division that specializes in digital sales to enterprise clients.
Your responsibility will be to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation and organization of the Europe-based, 100+ strong team.
Sounds interesting, what will I be responsible for? Event & Logistics: Manage customer/partner visits, internal meetings, training, and morale events
IT Equipment:
Oversee device distribution and office inventory
Budget & Purchasing:
Handle payments and reconciliation for team activities
General Queries:
Act as the campus point of contact for inquiries
Director Support:
Assist with travel, expenses, calendar management, and presentations
Onboarding:
Set up new hires and maintain org charts, Teams sites, and email lists.
What are the required skills and experience? 2+ years as an EA/PA, supporting 2+ executives with calendar, budget, and travel management.
Experience in event logistics and planning.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Expertise in time management, prioritization, and problem-solving.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
This opportunity is a 6-month contract initially, with potential to extend.
