Your Responsibilities
1. Lead a small team of sales and product executives, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and performing at their best.
2. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
3. B build and manage client relationships and drive sales growth.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, taking responsibility for their performance and satisfaction.
Your Profile
1. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably with additional team management experience.
2. Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and French (written and spoken), and empathy.
3. Good knowledge of Great Britain and Ireland, IT literacy, and experience with Tourplan.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and lead a team to achieve targets and goals.
