The opportunity
Manage commercial supply chain activities for assigned scope within GC cluster markets (HK, TW, CN), including logistics inbound and warehouse, demand & supply planning, ordering, inventory, master data, SC projects.
Work with internal/external customers, suppliers including Supply Hub, Teva global sites, EMSO, Logistics, NPI, customs etc. to ensure full SC alignment with cross-functional teams such as Commercial, Finance, RA, QA and Logistics.
Ensure full compliance as per the Teva corporate and local guidelines.
How you’ll spend your day
Working with shipping sites, supply hub, freight forwarder, clearance agent to ensure shipments are imported and delivered in a timely manner.
Manage local warehouse and relabeling. Manage relationship with local logistics providers/distributors such as 3PL, 4PL and distributors.
Manage demand planning and local-to-local supply planning. Support country and cluster S&OP.
Coordinate with Supply Hub, In-house sites, External sites and Local-to-local sites to ensure on-time delivery of goods into 3/4PL, distributors and customers.
Manage MTO customers including planning, forecasting and ordering processes.
Ensure optimum inventory management to meet sales demand across all markets, reduce out of stock, back orders, reduce write-off and exceed targets.
Manage data integrity across various IT systems such as MDG, SAP, APO and IBP.
Follow current SOPs and implement new processes to meet SC KPIs as per AOP.
Support NPI/New Product Launch or any ad hoc supply chain related projects - ensure operations readiness to meet timelines for new launches.
Manage projects and work continuously on improving the SC processes and efficiency to meet current and future plans.
Be the focal point for all internal/external customers and suppliers for responsible supply chain activities.
Your experience and qualifications
8+ years of experience in commercial supply logistics & distribution and/or demand planning fields in the pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrated knowledge and working experience for multi-national companies in HK, TW and/or CN markets.
Experience with ERP and software including SAP modules, APO, MS etc.
Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English. Cantonese is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
Confident in negotiation, leadership, and influence across all organization levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
