2# About the RoleThe Finance Business Partner plays a crucial role within the finance team, supporting the organisation in achieving its ambitious expansion targets across the UK, Europe, and the US.
This position involves closely monitoring and analysing the financial performance of specific clinics, ensuring they operate efficiently and profitably.
The Finance Business Partner will work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including clinic managers and senior leadership, to provide insightful financial analysis, identify trends, and recommend strategic actions that drive business growth.
3# RequirementsOverall responsibility for reporting of financial results for assigned area of the business (currently by clinic).Ensure accounts complete and ready for review in line with agreed deadlines.
Review and understand regional/clinic performance monthly (revenue; margin; wage costs; Op Ex) – proactively flagging issues to Group FC & CFO.Reconciliation of balance sheet monthly for assigned entities/ GL captions.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of accrual and prepayment accounting at month end for assigned area of the business.
Assist reporting and consolidation specialist by proactively flagging transactions that may require reporting changes.
Assist Accounting Operations team with transactional challenges.
Assist Group FC / CFO with ad hoc queries on performance of the business.
Annual audit support.
Assist Head of FP&A with annual budget and quarterly forecast process for the business.
Ensure that key Group finance controls and reconciliation processes are adequately maintained and documented.
Contribute to ongoing improvement of group-wide controls and processes, particularly improvements in the quality and timeliness of monthly and annual reporting.4# Qualifications and SkillsProfessional accounting qualification essential2-3+ years post-qualification experienceExperience with reviewing multiple entities is an advantage.
