Project Coordinator Role
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating project suite leads and managing escalations related to schedule, budget, risks, change management, and progress measures.
This role involves collaborating with various disciplines to plan and execute project scope, providing status reports, and ensuring all work adheres to procedures and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead six suite teams and manage scope and change control.
2. Monitor project progress and performance.
3. Partner with engineering, construction, and qualification teams on planning and execution.
4. Provide training and mentoring to suite team leads.
5. Ensure adequate resource allocation and resolve cross-functional issues.
Requirements:
* Experience in managing projects and sub-project teams in design, installation, and commissioning.
* Scope, cost, and schedule management experience.
* Design management experience.
* Pharmaceutical project experience (€200m +).
Desirable:
* API project experience.
* Project Management Certification.
